With that in mind, COMPENDIUM provides a comprehensive and industry-competitive benefits package that is available to all regular full-time employees.

Health Insurance

COMPENDIUM offers our regular full-time employees three choices for medical insurance coverage: A traditional PPO style plan, a Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP) and a staff model HMO. Dental and vision plans are also offered. Coverage is effective as of the date of hire and COMPENDIUM pays 100% of the employee's portion of the premium.

Employee Assistance Program

COMPENDIUM's Employee Assistance Program integrates elements of traditional employee assistance programs, work-life services and health information telephone lines with a wealth of other resources. This service is available to all full time employees and their families at no cost.

Term Life and PAI Benefits

COMPENDIUM covers the cost of term life and personal accident insurance for full time employees.

Short and Long Term Disability

To protect our employees in the event of an unexpected injury or illness, COMPENDIUM provides short and long term disability benefits at no cost to the employee.

Flexible Spending Accounts

COMPENDIUM's Health Care Flexible Spending Account Plan allows employees to set aside some of their current earnings on a pretax basis for reimbursement of qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses during the year.

Retirement

COMPENDIUM's retirement program is designed to be among the best in the industry. All regular full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan beginning on their date of hire. COMPENDIUM will also contribute an amount that is based on both the employee's base salary and their elective contribution.

Annual Leave and Holidays

Full-time salaried employees accrue annual leave at these generous rates:

  • 10 days per year, for the first 2 years of service
  • 15 days per year, for years 3 - 10
  • 20 days per year, for each year thereafter

In addition, COMPENDIUM observes the 10 holidays recognized by the federal government.

Training and Development

COMPENDIUM offers an extensive list of instructor-led training, virtual learning and online training courses to allow employees the opportunity for professional growth and promote the mission of COMPENDIUM in supporting our clients.

Educational Assistance

COMPENDIUM encourages full time employees to further their education beyond the offerings of the Training and Development program. Educational assistance is available for accredited undergraduate or graduate courses taken as a part of the employee's degree program.

COMPENDIUM also supports employee participation in professional conferences and workshops. Employees are encouraged to present papers, contribute as panelists, and help organize professional meetings in their respective areas of expertise.
